These terms govern your Founding 100 reservation with Press & Fold. By reserving a spot you agree to them.

The Founding 100 offer

The Founding 100 is our first group of up to 100 members in Sheboygan County. Founding members lock in launch pricing, receive a free Press & Fold weatherproof bag, and get priority access when we go live. Spots and the offer window are limited and may close early.

Your refundable deposit

Reserving requires a $19.99 deposit, processed by our payment processor (Stripe).
The deposit is fully refundable. You may request a refund at any time before launch by emailing hello@pressandfold.com; we issue it back to your original payment method.
At launch, your deposit is credited toward your first order. If you do not wish to continue, it is refunded in full.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Stripe typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank. [TODO: confirm and finalize wording.]

Service & availability

Service is planned for Sheboygan County, Wisconsin. Pickup and delivery availability, hours, turnaround, and pricing described on the site are estimates for the planned launch and may change. Cleaning is performed by our partner, Imogene’s Cleaning Center. Reserving a spot does not guarantee a specific launch date or pickup window.

Pricing

Founding launch pricing, the $19.99 per-order pickup & delivery fee, and Press & Fold Plus ($59.99/mo) are described on our site and are subject to the final published terms at launch.

Communications

By reserving, you agree we may contact you by email and, if provided, phone/SMS about your reservation and launch. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

Limitation of liability

The site and pre-launch offer are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Press & Fold is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the pre-launch reservation. [TODO: align with counsel and your insurer.]
