Overview

Press & Fold provides a door-to-door dry cleaning and laundry courier service in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

Membership

• Press & Fold Plus is an optional monthly membership that includes free pickup & delivery and priority scheduling.
• Memberships may be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• To cancel or make changes, email hello@getpressandfold.com or manage your subscription in your account dashboard.

Service area

Press & Fold currently serves Sheboygan and Manitowoc Counties, Wisconsin. Service availability is determined by ZIP code. We reserve the right to adjust our service area as operations expand.

Pricing

• Pricing is based on individual items, counted after pickup. You are charged based on the actual items cleaned.
• Press & Fold Plus membership ($14.99/month) includes free pickup and delivery and priority scheduling.
• A $9.99 pickup/delivery fee applies per order for non-Plus members.

Cleaning partner

All cleaning is performed locally by Imogene's Cleaning Center in Sheboygan County. Press & Fold handles pickup, delivery, and customer experience. While we and our partner take every precaution, we are not liable for damage to items that are inherently fragile or improperly labeled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Press & Fold Plus subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Limitation of liability

Press & Fold's liability for lost or damaged items is limited to 10 times the cleaning cost of the affected item. We are not liable for items left beyond 30 days after notification of order completion.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
